Conditions of participation:
The Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. (Hauptstraße 94, 77830 Bühlertal) and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. (Dr.-Pilet-Spur 4, 79868 Feldberg), are giving away ten times two overnight stays in the Black Forest trekking camps in 2026 as part of their competition for the survey on Trekking Black Forest. Participation is possible by completing the survey on Trekking Black Forest.
By participating in the prize draw, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for the content.

1. What can you win?
By taking part in the prize draw, you can win two overnight stays in the trekking camps in the Black Forest listed at www.trekking-schwarzwald.de in 2026. A total of 10 x 2 overnight stays will be raffled off.
2. How can you win?
By taking part in the survey on Trekking Black Forest and entering your e-mail address, you will be entered into the prize draw.
3. Over what period does the competition take place?
The competition starts on May 1, 2025 at 12:00 noon and ends on November 3, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
4. Who can take part?
Participation is free of charge and open to any natural person. Anyone over the age of 18 and resident in Europe is eligible to take part in the competition. Participation requires the truthful provision of relevant data. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Please only enter once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. They will be filtered and blocked from the draw.
5. Who is excluded from participation?
The Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. are entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserve the right to take legal action. Employees of the Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. and the participating companies and their relatives may not take part in this competition. Participation with forged identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. Legal recourse is excluded.
6. How will the winners be determined?
The winners will be selected from all participants by the the Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. in an independent random draw. The ten prizes will be drawn at the same time after the closing date for entries on November 3, 2025.
7. How will I know if I have won?
The winner will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address entered in the Trekking Black Forest survey.
8. How do I receive my prize?
The winners will be contacted by e-mail and asked to select two trekking camps listed at www.trekking-schwarzwald.de and to enter the desired dates between May 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026. The camps will then be reserved by the nature parks and the winners will receive a booking confirmation by email. Rebooking or cancelation of the booked camps and payment of the prize is excluded.
9. What happens if I do not contact the winner after I have been notified?
If the winner does not contact the Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. within 14 working days of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the group of eligible participants.
10. Reservation clause
The Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. reserve the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, the Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the game cannot be guaranteed.
The Black Forest Central/North Nature Park e. V. and Southern Black Forest Nature Park e. V. are not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.
11. Data protection regulations
Your security and your satisfaction are our focus.Your personal data will only be collected electronically for the purposes of the association and will only be used to run the competition. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Our data protection regulations apply to the handling of personal data.
12. Other
Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
